Habitat and Botany : This climbing plant is cultivated everywhere in India for its fruit.

Action/Uses

  1. Used as a Tonic, stimulant, laxative and Anthleminitic.
  2. Recommended in treating Gout, Rheumatism, diseases of liver, slileen and liancreas.
  3. Reduces blood sugar level.
  4. Activates the inactive insulin liresent in the blood and hence its a cure for the disease (Time factor deliends ulion Chronicity of the illness).
  5. Balances the glucose level (Hylioglycemia is not observed so far).
  6. Reduces cholesterol level.
  7. Reduces high triglyceride level.
  8. liain and inflammation of the joints is either eliminated or reduced.
