Nutritional tissue (Sapt Dhatus) it is especially helpful in pitta (fire) viated problem such as like burning sensation of the body, burning micturition (urination), burning sensation palms & heals. In old stage of syphilis & gonoporrohea toxicity can occur in the body & there can be such symptoms like swelling of joints, discharge from gums, sometimes cystos can occur in the body increased general debility on the body, remorrs of hands & legs.

Composition

Dalchini bark (Cinnamomum cassia) it is bitter (tikta), pungent (Katu) & sweet (madhura) in taste (rasa), hot (USNA) in potency (Virya) it is sharp (tikshana), light (laghu) & dry in characteristics & pungent (Katu) after digestion (Vipaka)

Tejpatra leaf (cinnamomtamala) it is a big tree & its bark is used as Dalchini. It is sweet (madura) & pungent (Katu) in taste (rasa). It is light (laghu), sharp (tiksna) & (picchila) in characteristics. It alleviates kapha (water) & vatta (air).

Elaichi Seed (Elettaria Cardamomum): - it is a well-documented aromatic condiment. It is pungent (Katu) & sweet (madhura) in taste, light (laghu) & non-unctuous (ruksha). It alleviates kapha (water) & vatta (air).

Nagkesar Flower (Mesua Ferrea) it is astringent (Kashaya) & bitter (Katu) in taste (rasa) & non-unctuous (ruksha), sharp (tiksna) & light (laghu) in characteristics (guna). It helps to alleviate kapha (water) & pitta (fire). It is useful in leprosy (Kushtha), gouts (vatarakta), and itching (kandu).

Amla Fruit (Embica Officinalis) it is sour (Amla) in taste (rasa) but sweet (madhura) after digestion. It helps to alleviate tridosha (three humors) vatta, pitta, kapha, and acts as a rejuvenator (Rasayana), anti aging as well as eye tonic also.

Haritaki Fruit (Terminalia Chebula): - it is mainly astringent (Kashaya) in taste (rasa) as well as it has four other tastes except salt (lavna). It is light (laghu) & non-unctuous (ruksha) in characteristics (guna). It helps to alleviate three humors (vatta, pitta, kapha). It is helpful in constipation & certain skin disorders.

Bibhtaki Fruit (Terminalia Bellerica): - it is astringent (Kashaya) in taste (rasa) & non-unctuous (ruksha) & light (laghu) in characteristics (guna). It helps to alleviates kapha (water) & pitta (fire). It is helpful in leucodermic (svitra), calculi (asmar).

Saunth Rhizome (Zinger Officinale) :- it is pungent (Katu) in taste, heavy (guru), non-unctcious (ruksha) & sharp (tikshana) in characteristics (guna). It helps to alleviate vatta (air) & kapha (water) and acts as an appetizer (dipana) & emollient laxative (bhedhka)

Bhangra (Eclipta Elba): - it is pungent (Katu) & bitter (tikta) in taste (rasa) & non-unctuous (ruksha) & light (laghu) in characteristics. It helps to alleviate kapha (water) & vatta (air) and useful in leprosy (Kustha) etc.

Guduchi (Tinospora Cardifolia Wild) It is bitter (tikta) & astringent (Kashaya) in taste (rasa) & heavy (guru) & unctuous (snigdha) in characteristics (guna). It alleviates all three humors vatta (air), pitta (fire), & kapha (water) & acts as an appetizer (dipana), rejuvenator (Rasayana) & anti pyretic (Jvarahara).

Sulphur (Gandhak):- Sulphur is great rejuvenator, sweet after digestion (Vipaka), pungent (Katu) in taste & hot (USNA) in potency (Virya). It is helpful in itching leprosy & other skin disorders. It enhances the appetite. It detoxifies the body by checking Ama (poison). It especially flushes out the toxic effect of mercury (pared).

Foods to Favor

Light diet, rice, green gram (Lentils) soup, bitter gourd, green leafy vegetables, papaya, pomegranate, Amla, cucumber.

Foods to Avoid

Avoid fried, spicy food, egg, seafood, packed food, excess use of meat products, noodles and nuts. They are harmful for the skin as they increase the surface acidity of the blood.

Avoid alcohol, smoking and drugs. Avoid long period of exposure to sun. Use of cosmetics should be limited.
