Composition:
- High quality wild crafted herbs from its natural habitat without chemicals, fertilizer & pesticides.
- Peppermint (Mentha Piperita), Ajowain Oil (Ptychotis Ajowan Oil), Nutmeg Oil (Myristica Frangrans Oil), Nilgiri Oil (Eucalyptus Globulus), Sesame Oil, Sarala Oil, Karpura (Camphora Officinarum Wood) Oil, Cardamom Oil
Use:
- Rub a thin layer of oil on throat, chest and back for healthy breathing functions.
- Gentle application of this oil helps to support for healthy breathing. This is natural herbal oil that supports in cold weather and changing environmental conditions.
- Add 1 to 2 teaspoonful in a bowl of steaming water, inhale the steaming vapours.
- Use one teaspoon in a Vaporizer and disinfect the household for protection from airborne pathogens.
- Half teaspoon of Kapha Oil in open container to aid in airborne pathogens.
For Best Results:
- Best use with Antma kapha syrup, Respiton ,or sitopaladi churna.
- Kapha Oil is recommended to use with our other product "Anti Kapha Syrup".
- "Licorice" (Mulethi) may be helpful with "Kapha Oil" for respiratory support.
- "Tulsi" support healthy immune power.

- Avoid Chilled Water, Cold Drinks, Seafood (Meat), Heavy and Fried Food, Smoke and Dust.
- Avoid allergy-producing products, acidic and sour food.
- Heavy-duty work should be avoided.
- Avoid banana, cookies, sweets, pastries, pickles and yeast.
Do’s:
- Drink lukewarm water.
- Wash your clothes in hot water.
- Try to cover your mouth and nose when you are going to outside.
- Try for fresh prepared food.
Don’t:
- Avoid using the perfumes and room fresheners.
- Avoid doing the heavy duty work.
- Avoid allergy producing products like pickles, chutney, heavy meals and sour spices.
- Try to keep away from infected common cold person.
