Primary Attributes

  • Pure Shilajit powder, free from additives and fillers. High Quality Pure micronized powder of Authenticated Shilajit gum resin.
  • Raw material is properly segregated, ultra-cleaned, sieved, dried, and then processed.

Dosage

  • Take 500 mg Shilajit Powder 1 or 2 times a day with water 1-2 hrs after meals. Take the first dose after breakfast. It can also be taken with warm milk.
  • If mixing with other herbs, adjust the amount of Shilajit accordingly or consult your healthcare provider.
